1. Provide quality instruction to students at the assigned grade level and subject area.
2. Integrate Christian values, teachings, and perspectives into all aspects of the instructional program.
3. Integrate and use appropriate technological tools for classroom teaching and record keeping.
4. Integrate appropriate local/Native culture into the classroom experience.
5. Give leadership in the development of curriculum, using the curriculum maps, in areas of expertise and interest.
