ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
As a Behavioral Consultant, you will perform a variety of direct care and supervisory duties, including
· Perform client assessments, observe the client to identify target behaviors
· Through collaboration with clients (ages 2-21), their families, and other service providers, you will create the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP) identifying and highlighting child, family, educational, social, and recreational strengths as well as areas in which the individual needs improvement.
· Participate in supervision with your Clinical Director for development and to discuss clinical updates and recommendations.
· Provide consultation, observation, treatment plan development, data collection, and analysis specific to identified target behaviors.
· Provides clinical supervision on an ongoing basis to BHTs, BHT-ABAs, and Assistant BC-ABAs assigned to their cases, with a minimum of one face to face visit every 30 days with both the client and the BHT, BHT-ABA, Assistant BC-ABA present.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN THIS ROLE:
- Must have PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances or able to run them
- PA Licensed as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LSW, Psychologist, Behavior Specialist, Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner, or a professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services and have a certification as BCBA or other Masers level certification in BA

And one of the following:
- BCaBA Certification or other Bachelors level certification
- 1 year or more full-time experience providing ABA services and a minimum of 12 credits in ABA
- 1 year or more of full time experience providing ABA services under the supervision of a professional with a certification as a BCBA or other Masters level certification in BA and a minimum of 40 hours of training related to ABA
- PA License as a Psychologist and have a minimum of 1 year full time experience providing ABA services and a minimum of 40 hours training related to ABA.
- Leadership/supervision experience preferred but not required
