Founded in 2010, Ivy Camps USA has delivered educational and fun programming to thousands of children via both in-person and online interactive classes. Ivy Camps has delivered its interactive classes in over 50 countries around the world. With a consistent 5-star satisfaction rating, Ivy Camps prides itself on being the preeminent provider of supplemental education designed for all students who seek to widen their path to a future of higher education.
Overall, we are looking for a team member who is passionate about education and who, like us, wants to make a difference in the world. Program Leads are the front-facing members of our team to our campers. We are looking for Program Leads who love to have fun and are not afraid to act silly with a group of campers who are looking for a beneficial and fun escape with Ivy Camps USA.

Primary Responsibilities
- Instruct/lead campers ages 6 to 14
- Work anywhere from 40-50 hours per week, more or less, including instruction, camp preparations, meetings, and all other job responsibilities
- Implement Ivy Camps USA curriculum
- Attend meetings with other team members and Supervisors
- Fill out daily check-in and check-out procedures
- Complete synchronous and asynchronous online training pre-departure to the worksite
- Attend all in-person training dates
- Lead sports and/or arts-and-crafts activities
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s Degree program
- Previous experience teaching/tutoring in-person with children strongly preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of the ability to follow specific instructions with little expertise
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a self-directed capacity, must be proactive, take ownership and have a strong work ethic
- Desire to work in a startup environment with new concepts and models
- Ability to adapt to working in varied/dynamic situations
- Excellent team-player
